We are excited to announce we are now accepting registration forms for our 2025 Spring Football Program! 

Our Spring Program is for U13 (Grades 5-6), U15 (Grades  7-8) and U18 (Grades 9-11). For all players that register by midnight  March 31, 2025, please take $50 off registration fees.

*All early bird registrations will have their names put  into a draw and one lucky winner will receive their 2025 Spring Football  fees back*

REGISTRATION FORM INFO:

Registration Fee $300
Receive $50 off registration fee for registering by midnight March 31, 2025

Payable  by: Cash, Cheque (payable to Melville Minor Football), or E-Transfer to  melvilleminorfootball@gmail.com. Be sure to include your player's name  in the memo line.

Equipment Deposit $100
Deposit cheques will be cashed if equipment is missing, damaged, or returned late.
Equipment Fitting will be held during the first week of practice
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE EQUIPMENT IS RECEIVED

By registering in the program consent is given to use  images/videos of players on social media and/or MMF website. Consent can  be revoked at anytime in writing to MMF.

PLAYERS ARE NOT TO HAND IN ANYTHING TO COACHES. THERE  WILL BE A CONTAINER PROVIDED AT EVERY PRACTICE FOR ANY FORMS/PAYMENTS,  PLEASE PUT IN AN ENVELOPE OR ZIPLOC BAG LABELLED WITH PLAYERS NAME.
